Our inspirational hygienist, Sharon, treats all of her patients as though they were her family. This is easy for Sharon for two reasons. First, if you are from South Jersey, there is a good chance you and Sharon ARE actually family! Second, if there is no relation she will make you feel so comfortable, by the end of your appointment you will certainly feel like family, at ease and relaxed! Sharon graduated from Camden County College in 2005 with an A.S. in Dental Hygiene. She is dedicated to educating her patients on maintaining good periodontal health. In 2010, she attended Harcum College where she earned her certification for local anesthesia, so she can deliver non-surgical periodontal treatment without any discomfort to her patients. Sharon loves helping her patients have beautiful and healthy smiles!
Iris is a Dental Hygiene graduate from the Camden County College Class of 2018. Following a career where she could use her passion to help others she began working in dentistry and feels she’s been given the power to make people smile. She enjoys her job a great deal and likes to ease the tension of your dental visit with a little laughter. Iris also enjoys being a mother because nurturing is second nature and it shows in the way she gently treats her patients. Becoming a mother has helped her to better understand and work well with toddlers and teenagers alike. Iris understands the need for safety and security for anyone no matter what age so she is more than willing to explain and provide you with answers to any questions or concerns you may have in order to put your mind at ease. Iris is also available to communicate and interpret for those whose primary language is Spanish so don’t let that prevent you from scheduling. To her it’s all about making you feel comfortable and cared for.
McKayla’s career in dentistry started nearly 10 years ago after obtaining her CDA and RDA from Cape May County Vocational School and becoming a dental assistant. She then followed her true passion for dental hygiene and is a 2016 graduate of Briarcliffe College on Long Island. McKayla’s interest in dentistry was influenced by Dr Podolnick and his family-like staff when she was a young girl sitting in this very same office! When she’s not providing the very best care for her patients, you’ll find her relaxing with her two rescue pups!
